Smh... That's why the mid-season trade is harder to fathom, because we needed to win with guys like CP3 and Howard becoming FAs soon. Then again, if we get lucky and hit on the picks this draft, it could make a huge difference. All he is really saying now is that he is a Hornet and is focused on being one and winning. He doesnt really say anything about Charlote. He is just annoyed that the press turn a story out of nothing.
O and of course the observer is more optimistic, it has to be as a charlotte based newspaper

He said exactly what I would expect him to......"still trying to win here in New Orleans". Why would he say anything else about it if his team is about to go to the Playoffs?
