I'm not ready to totally put DJ out to pasture yet, Silas said something about finding a way to get them on the court at the same time earlier today. I know the Warriors had a running lineup with Monta Ellis at the 3 before, I see no reason why Hendo couldn't get some minutes at the 3.
No, it is just possible for DJ and Kemba to play at the same time. We are looking to find ways to get more of our young guys on the floor at the same time. Thats all.
Kemba and Bismack: The Future Has Arrived
DJ and Kemba would get murdered, absolutely eviscerated on defense. They shouldn't ever play together unless the other team runs two PGs
How about this trade? My cousin thought of this up and he's the best NBA know it all I know. Only thing i don't like is trading T Thomas but I still think it's pretty good.

Kidd is lightyears better than Kemba and DJ.
Him on Wade and Barea/Terry on which ever bum is playing PG. That's easy. The also have Marion who doesn't have to help off LeBron, Tyson who doesn't have to help off Bosh, and Dirk who doesn't have to help off whichever bum is playing C.
We don't have a defensive enough wing to cover for the deficiencies produced by a DJ/KW backcourt. And no, you don't play Hendo as a SF in that lineup.
I meant when they played ALL THREE at the same time. Kidd played Small Forward.
They at multiple times trotted out JJ/Jet/Kidd/Marion/Dirk or JJ/Jet/Kidd/Dirk/Chandler against Miami. And they did it against OKC some too, that I saw.
For what it's worth: Barea, Terry, and Kidd, never saw floor time together with Marion and Dirk (per 82games) during the regular season. The only time those three were out together were with Dirk and Tyson. They don't have playoffs stats up yet though.
Don't know why they'd do it in the playoffs if it never happened in the regular season, and I don't recall seeing it myself. But I'll have to take your word for it.
It might not have been Marion, but I thought it was. And the reason they did it in the playoffs is the same reason they did the move of Barea into the starting lineup for the Finals...Carlisle doesn't care about what has worked, he cares about what will work.
