    Default Vegetable Juicing



    I've been experimenting with vegetable juicing recently, but I don't think that I've been doing it long enough to really notice any physical effects.

    I think that there are a few health gurus around here, what are your thoughts on vegetable juicing?

    I eat a ton of vegetables so I don't really bother with juicing them. I magic bullet the fuck out of some fruit though


    Take some ice, protein powder, some all natural peanut butter, and some bananas and BAM! Instant protein shake/meal replacement snack.

    Or take some ice strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. and BAM! instant deliciousness.

    Or if you're feeling especially naughty, put ice, water, and tang powder in there and BAM! Instant orgasm.

    You call that concoction of poison fit for human consumption?

    Is eating a cooked broccoli not good enough for you Americans, where u just have to blend it with multiple other randomly organically grown plants and chug down?

    In all seriousness, I guess it'll be a good way to get your 5 veg intake, I know i have my 5 meat/2 fruit intake correct.
