Netflix streaming movie recommendations

I'm looking for a few good movies to watch. Any recommendations?

Hmm, we recently got a Wii, so I've been on a Netflix binge now that I can watch it on our TV.

If you haven't seen Kick-Ass, that's a great place to start. I also just watched Apocalypto and was pleasantly surprised. If you like horror or 80s action, Netflix has pretty good quality - Terminator, Die Hard, anything with Kurt Russell or Sylvester Stallone.

For shows, the League is good and I just started and enjoy Party Down.

I've also been in the mood to watch stuff that requires no attention or work at all while I get drunk: Deep Blue Sea, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Little Big League, Leprechaun in the Hood, Ed, etc.

And if you've never seen Swingers, get on that ASAP.

I'll give some of those a shot.

If you enjoy dark and gritty and you haven't seen 'The Killing Jar' then I recommend it. It was 90 minutes well spent.

Not exactly sure what you can watch on netflix (we dont have it here), but a few recommendations from yours truely.

They Live. Roddy Piper and the infamous line 'I am here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all outta bubblegum' is simply pure win.

Battle LA: Another Alien invasion movie. If you like the whole Marines HOORAH and like to see aliens get owned, watch this.

Child's play collection: Because Chucky is freaking awesome.

Rec+Rec 2: Dont know whether you'll have this one, but one of the best foreign, if not the best foreign "zombie" (i use this term lightly, more demon possessed people) movie.

Dead Snow: Absolute hilarious zombie movie, must watch as it's absolutely hilarious.

The Illusionist: Highly recommended, great movie.

Ironclad: Absolute gore fest, great war movie to watch but not realistic (in terms of numbers).
