Ranked 242 in player rankings sounds like hes a bust . But this guy shows signs of being a star .

Nice viedo , His jumper looks solid . It looks like his midrange game is getting better . M J made a statement last year Hendo would become a star . But im still thinking at best hes a poor mans R Bell??

This season (whenever it is) is gonna determine alot about Hendo's future. He has the athleticism and the defensive presence. Can he become a better shooter and become more of a leader to the team. I think he has it in him.

The opportunity is there for him. He is going to have to seize it. There are no stars on this team, so he can assert himself, use his talents and become a star. It is up to him.

It's way, WAY to early to consider Hendo a bust by any means. As long as he is truly healthy and the hip and knee aren't a problem then I expect a very solid season from him

Being ranked 242 , means the NBA is saying he shouldn't be a top 8 player on any team . Its many reserve 2s considered better than him . But he is 3 year removed from DUKE so might be able to elevate his game by now..

He looks good. Mechanics and jumper looks solid, let's hope he can hit that 3 ball more often now, would open up his game so much more since they have to guard him shooting a 3, giving him more space to drive.

I;ll be honset about my thoughts on Hendo . Im old, real old and he reminds me of a poor mans MJ . A few reasons why
1st He has great lift on his jumper . Mike like , it started falling at a good clip late last season all so .
2nd He has the ability to hang in the when attacking the rim no where near as long as MIKE but long enough to get his shot off.
3RD Late last season he made lots of clutch shots . Showing hes not affraid of presure[attitude] all so a qiility MIKE was the best at.
4TH It took 4 or 5 seasons be for the 3 ball was a threat for MIKE . If Hendo adds that like hes wanting hes going to be tough to stop.
5th With a improved handle getting to the hole and a ability to go to either side . Would take him two star status.
6th He has the ability to include and make his team mates better . A team player
He has the attitude and work ethic to reach all thease goals . With confidence he could be very good .

Hawks All-Stars Joe Johnson and Al Horford may be joining other NBA stars in a barnstorming tour overseas.

A USO tour, as part of the "Hoops for Troops" program, will be coming to Hawaii and brining several NBA players to conduct clinics and meetups with soldiers, their families, and fans.

So far, the list of players (in addition to Horford and Johnson) includes Heat guard Mike Miller, Bobcats guard D.J. Augustin, Wizards center Javale McGee, and league MVP and Bullg guard Derrick Rose. The players will be in Hawaii from October 23 through 28.
