Kobe and Duncan are old school, for sure. Does seem to be rare these days. But I have to think (hope) there are some young guns just coming up or in the 2nd/3rd year who still have some old school in them.

I'm sorry but this had to have it's own thread. How can Marbury have the audacity to speak on anything. Again, to think of it Jordan has played more for the love of the game more than any of these greedy ass players. I am getting sicker by the moment with this whole situation of the lockout. Actually what the hardline owner would be doing is preserving some integrity of the game. Keeping these big market owners from over paying and over spending so they can build these "super teams." Players like Carmelo, Amare, Lebron and D-Wade not man enough to take a team on their own back and lead them to championships. Somebody gotta be Pippen. But everyone trying to be Jordan and get paid like Donald Trump or something. To me Kobe and Tim Duncan is the last of the great championship players still playing. D-wade and the rest has loss a lot of credibility with me. Stephan Marbury, Marbury. You come from under a rock and got to put your two shitty cent in. These players making me want to go kick their dumbasses. smh

Any thing Marbury says is laughable. This just takes the cake. Its not like the new labor deal is going to affect him in anyway.
Get at me on twitter @dcarnys
guess he is mr irrelevant

Yeah, time will tell, but I'm thinking you must add D Rose to the old-school list as well. I mean, when Lebron was considering Chicago, Rose didn't do any hard sells at all. An SI article says he basically said, come play with us if you want, if not we'll beat your ass. Sure, he didn't back it up this past postseason, but I love the old school moxy!
OT: Marbury. 'Nuff said.
