In case nobody saw the other thread that was open here is the good news.


Via Ramon Trecet, a Spanish reporter, Biyombo and Fuenlabrada have agreed to a buyout worth 1.2 million Euros. Reportedly, Michael Jordan took on the issue personally, paying for flights of Fuenlabrada's managers to meet in Charlotte and they agreed, so FIBA will release Biyombo to play in the NBA.

Yeah he won't produce much this season, but one season under Paul Silas is better than no season under Paul Silas.

Very excited. While I know he's a boom or bust pick, I don't have nearly the reservations I've had in years past.

Awesome news, like people are saying he is a risk or reward type of pick and you have to be able to get him n the NBA and take his lumps and watch film and improve.

I still say he will be a lot better than we anticipate in terms of blocking shots.
