Do you think that front office could try to frontload the contract so that we're paying him more while he's at his most effective?
if he wants to come here than he will accommodate something like that i imagine. depends on the tax implications probably (his personal tax not the team/payroll). but sure i could see a 6/2/minimum type of thing. plus we could offer him the opp. to go to a contender if they ever come calling.
