yes, espn3 is free and definitely the best bet. if you have an xbox with a gold membership you can stream all sorts of games onto your tv. it's really quite awesome, way better than i expected.

if that doesn't work because you're in england, you can try firstrowsports (i think it's .eu now). shittier quality and has super annoying pop ups.
