Apparently, according to Chris Broussard, the Mavs have begun to temper their optimism on Roddy and are looking to move him. The blurb from RGM says that and that the Mavs feel he hasn't adjusted to being an NBA PG.

Should we lock horns with old Cubes again, or just go ahead and go in ass first per the usual? lol

Well, Dallas would need a pg back and without a first round pick to give up until 2014, no way their are getting DJ from us. Of course a three way is possible. Or if Cuban somehow loosens up this stance that all trades need to be heavily in his favor, we could look into a trade of more pieces where he has to take back Carroll for Beaubois & some expirings.

Yeah, I doubt he does that either.

If Dallas decide that they want to clear cap space so they can offer 2 max contracts in the off season I think we could get him for a trade exception and marion. Depends if we really want him enough to take on Marion who is not a great person to have past 2012 season.
