Charlotte isn't going anywhere.
1. We have decent attendance
2. Stern needs MJ to have success.
3. The penalties to get the team out of Charlotte are way too harsh.

right now there is no evidence of a move.
Attendance is up despite a poor record. Read an article the other day about the amount of money the downtown arena and stadium pump into the city of Charlotte. It was staggering. Despite the vocal minority, this franchise is actually starting to gain some stable ground. It just seems so negative because douchebags love to point out the negative. If you read the comment section of the Observer you would think that every day Jordan wakes up he loses one million dollars for owning the Bobcats. Its just not true. We are in decent shape...and things are looking up.
