Charlotte isn't going anywhere.
1. We have decent attendance
2. Stern needs MJ to have success.
3. The penalties to get the team out of Charlotte are way too harsh.

1) our attendance is at the top of the bottom half even with the worst record
2) MJ would never move a team out of the carolinas.

the next couple years are paramount. if the team keeps losing money, i could see mj cutting his losses if he had a good offer to sell the team.

That was 09-10 with Bob, we have a lot more sponsors and endorsements now so we shouldn't be bleeding as much with MJ at the helm now.

right now there is no evidence of a move.

Attendance is up despite a poor record. Read an article the other day about the amount of money the downtown arena and stadium pump into the city of Charlotte. It was staggering. Despite the vocal minority, this franchise is actually starting to gain some stable ground. It just seems so negative because douchebags love to point out the negative. If you read the comment section of the Observer you would think that every day Jordan wakes up he loses one million dollars for owning the Bobcats. Its just not true. We are in decent shape...and things are looking up.
