I could see that going. The only problem I see is that Portland my feel that they have a logjam at PG.
This is just my guess, but DJA to Portland for a first round pick.
Here's why:

the ultimate would be dj and their 2013 pick back for the nets pick.
They only have Flynn & the Duke rook (Smith?) on contract for next season at PG and I see no way Felton gets invited back. I still think Crawful opts out as he said when he signed on that he would...but him opting in next season could screw them up by eating up space they would like to use for a difference maker (and one of the reasons Crash was available...oh yeah, and the pick LOL!). But he's not a PG at any rate.
That's going to be a lotto pick though...think they'd offer that for DJ? I don't think he can be talked to about an extension til July 1st, but maybe they'd do it for the right to match?
Dream scenario...right behind Chef's.

Whoa whoa whoa. could this really happen? I mean was DJ mentioned several time at the deadline going to Portland so theres clear interest correct?
You guys are saying we could send them DJ Augustine and the 2013 first rounder for New Jersey's pick which will be in the top 5 probably? Meaning we could get rid of DJ, draft Davis and MKG/Barnes/Beal/Robinson/Drummond/Jones and still have our original first rounder in 2013? Tradegasm. Cleanup on aisle Mustachio
If Portland keeps struggling like they are, their own pick will likely be in the 9-11 range. That might be the pick we can reasonably get for this trade scenerio you guys are talking about. I would do it in a heartbeat. Hell, Harrison Barnes may still be on the board then. Terrence Jones will probably be there also.
we've already seen some cho magic:

it sounds like cho had some sort of deal in place with the lakers for DJ, cleveland just undercut him with their deal, which the more i think about it, was really underselling (they took on a shitty contract in luke walton and gave up sessions for a very late pick). not much you can do about that.
