This does not mean I won't find myself in an emotional state that could include any or all of enraged, depressed, crushed or devastated. The NBA wants a franchise in New Orleans much more than they need a franchise in Charlotte. If they win the lottery its rigged. And its not a grand conspiracy. its blatant.
