How are they able to use the Hornets logo on a shirt without getting the bejeezus sued out of them by the NBA?

This site has some awesome Hornets shirts I thought some people here might be interested in. All of the Hornets shirts were out of stock when I first checked, but I emailed the company, and they will be back in stock as of noon today.
For the record I am not affiliated with them in any way, but if they read this and want to hook me up with some free gear, I wouldn't turn it down.I just like the shirts, and they're pretty cheap. I'll be ordering a couple when they re-stock.

Actually the NBA would still have rights to the name, logo and any likeness of either....whether they choose to enforce it is an entirely different matter.
They are making a ton of money on retro-jerseys the last few years.
Oops, oh yeah... That would make sense. Well, then I think they just haven't caught wind of it. Or they know something we don't.
Probably haven't caught wind. I'm waiting to hear about some sizing info before I buy.

Austin (from Blanx) has shirts with the "We Beelieve" logo you see above in my avatar as well, if you're interested! My friend designed the logo, so I can promise you...no lawsuits ahead with this design
Update: He just told me he'd gotten flooded with orders and sold out of his online stock, so he's re-upping his supply in advance of next Thursday's Swarm Time Warner event. If you're planning on going to the game, we'll be at Fitzgerald's on 5th pregaming at 6:00, and Blanx will be selling them on site. Get there early if you're interested; last time he sold out in 2 minutes flat!!!
