Default As bad as I feel about the season, I feel horrible for the players.

Im a competitive person, so I can only imagine how soul crushing this is too them. Some guys will never be able to shake it off and recover, and some will move on to other teams, but at the end of the day they have to say they were apart of "The worst team ever" and that hurts.

We have some good people on our team, but some of our guys try hard and just aren't good enough. And that probably feels worse than the actual record itself.

I'm with you, on a personal level. I like our players' personalities. BUUUUUUUTTTTTT. or as Stephen A. would say "how-eva" the Bobcats players are the ones at fault here. As much as you can feel bad for them, they caused whatever situation they're in, worst team or not.

They demonstrated a lot of low basketball IQ tonight.

I like to think that some of the guys are pleased they got to show what they can do. Mullens, Derrick Brown, DJ White, etc......

They are making bank that I will never see, so I don't feel TOO bad for them.

I don't feel bad for them at all. They just got paid millions of dollars to play basketball.

As much money as they are making they will probably always have that black mark above them that they played on the worst NBA team ever thats gotta be tough.

It was embarrassing to see Diop's man-boobs on national TV as he WALKED around the court last night. He is pathetic. I am just convinced our players just aren't that good. I have grown attached to some of them, like Hendo, Kemba, Bismack and Mullens... but we need to clean house this offseason.

I don't feel sorry for them in the sense that we might feel sorry for starving kids in Rwanda. However, I do feel sorry for them in that many of them were trying hard but had a few key crappy teammates, some mediocre coaching (at least it seems), a lot of injuries, and a little leadership. I feel sympathy for them as professionals who want to be successful, but had a lot of things going against them.

Still, first world problems for sure.
    SOMEONE will pay for THIS!

Great context, dnb. Money is a great comfort, but this season had to be mentally brutal for most of the guys. The embarassment, maybe shame at times...it couldn't've been easy.

We believe that its return will galvanize our fan base by unifying our loyal Bobcats fans with those who have strong memories of our city's NBA predecessor." MJ, 5-21-13
