    Default Buying draft picks

In past drafts there have been opportunities to buy draft picks from teams in the late first round area. The teams that are selling have been teams that didn't want to add another guaranteed contract onto their roster.

If this opportunity comes up during this draft, we MUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.

    agree or disagree.

I say agree, but I'm curious if the trend continues this year.

Agree....w/ the new CBA, it is best to enter into contracts that are pre-defined.

Obviously Yeah I agree, but it's not my money being spend. This is a really strong draft so it isn't going to come cheap!

Isn't there a limit as to how much a draft pick can go for? Like $3 million or so? Maybe that's changed in the new CBA, but I thought that limit was the case. Of course, I could easily be wrong on that.
