I just want to read a thread that isn't littered with grown children calling each other stupid. Its a forum. Its sports. Be a champ have a good time and refrain from name calling. Because that is what is just "stupid".

More than one thing can be stupid.

"The deal would send Howard and Al Harrington to the Lakers, Andre Iguodala going to the Nuggets, Andrew Bynum to the Sixers, while the Magic would receive Pau Gasol and Arron Afflalo.

I'm not sure that Dwight+Harrington is better than Bynum+Pau...

I just had a vision; what if we could sign Jeff Green? But not as an upgrade over Tyrus at the 4 spot, but to play allongside him at the small forward position. They'll be a heck of a duo, they're just enough a like to understand each other on both sides of the court, and just enough different to help each other out in some areas. Due to his recent injuries I'm not so sure if teams are interested in signing him (if so, please let me know in a kind way ) so we won't have to reach that deep in our wallets. I'm also very interested in signing Craig Smith or Donte Greene. This for obvious reasons.

I'm not sure about this deal eighter, but i'm guessing the lakers are building to the post-kobe era, and clearing some salary space at the same time. Bynum and Pau are great players, but let's face it, they're not first options on a team who has the intentions to make a deep play-off run and should be considered as one of the frontrunners to win the championship every year. Howard on the other hand is that kind of player. The only question that pops in my mind is: who will they bring to fill the 4 position. And correct me if I'm wrong but don't they need a starting point guard as well?

We're pretty locked in at 1-3 this year.

Jeff Green...the guy who had the heart issues last year? I'm pretty sure he re-upped with Boston on an 8 per contract.

Lakeshow giving up Pau & Bynum for Howard? LOL that's gotta hurt their fans as they've been arguing all summer that there's no way LAL gives 'em both up just for Howard.

If you'd said we had enough guards I would agree, but what do we have at 3? just two rookies! They could put Hendo at 3 occasionally to pair him up with Gordon at the 2. I don't think that eighter Williams or Carroll could play the 3
