Default Kemba Walker should be our starting PG next season

Kemba Walker should be our starting PG next season, i like DJ but i think we need to give Kemba 30 minutes plus a game becasue he his in our top 3 players. He his an all round player becasue he can score, rebound and assist and i think he has a big future in a bobcats jersey !

I agree..and we need to just go ahead and trade away DJ seeing how as its gonna happen either way, or he's gonna walk for free.

Im interested to see what type of progress Kemba makes in the off-season.

If he can put together more of these

We will be very good very soon.

Interview with Cho this morning, he mentioned a couple times that when they got Westbrook, they started the season 3-29, but that inserting him into the lineup full time gave him valuable experience that turned him into what he is today. I'm not saying Kemba is Westbrook, I just think the way he kept bringing it up made it seem as though that would be the plan with Kemba this year.

Kemba will be good if we let him.

agreed. i don't think he is a very good pg and definitely not the pg of the future, but we need to find out what we have.

As quickly as Smack learns i could see him being the leagues most inproved player next season. Kembas shooting % will be over 40% easy . Thease two guys had no adjustment time at all . Both will show hudge inprovment with a summer to prepare. Once Hendo quits seeing dubble and triple teams . You will all see the quality s/g he really is . DJ is gone but i would love some kind of return. Then again he might have to sign the Q, offer . I don't expect him to get any big time offers.

    Thanks Ammofan!

I'm not sure we're going to have a choice. It seems DJ will be gone one way or the other.
    SOMEONE will pay for THIS!

i think thats for the best to be honest so Kemba can get more time on the court.

I'm curious to see what DJ is offered. I could see an overpay and I could see, well not much at all.

    Agreed with the OP o'course.
