I think there are some that value Ibaka very high, especially with him being the best shot blocker in the game. (Guy averaged 9, 7.6, and 3.4, which ain't bad considering he's an afterthought in that offense. Boards aren't that great.)
Still, that does seem to be a bit low for a guy so raw.
