Moe Harkless just tweeted that Dunlap would put entire team on the line if anyone yawned at a 5:45 am practice..(to run sprints)

How will NBA players respond to that?

Tyrus will either become a good player or DNP-CD for 60 games.

If he's declared uncoachable, eating two years of his contract is a lot more palatable than eating all three years left.
This is a good analysis of the TT dilemma, if we can get him to play to potential and get our money worth, i'll be ecstatic.

Agree on TT getting one more year. No way MJ eats all that money without giving the new coach a shot on reaching him... Amnesty doesn't do much for us this season with the FA class anyway.

Honestly, I think that likely would have been the case no matter who we hired.

Okay I'm warming up to this!

    Jeff Goodman Tweet

Pennell said that Dunlap sleeps about 3-4 hours per night. "His biggest strength is his ability to read situations and adjust."
    Nowhere to go but up!

Has anybody checked on Shaw and Snyder? Wondering if Snyder killed Shaw with a clipboard and is now hiding under a Billy Graham Parkway overpass planning his next attack.

Okay, where are all the doubters. Hope you have not jumped off the building or bandwagon yet.

SMH... Yet another facepalm move for our franchise.

I hope MJ's gamble pays off this time, but I just don't see it. This is extremely disappointing. I could understand if Dunlap had some more experience on the pro level but he doesn't have much and has predominantly been an assistant on the college level his entire career.

Just think about it like this... Aside from us, name another team who would've even given him an interview for their head coaching position. I just don't see this panning out well.

This seems to be headed down the same road we went down with Sam Vincent.

And as far as Karl's quotes. Cool. Only problem is, what would you say if someone asked you what kind of employee your friend would be? Are you gonna trash them? Also, although it's exciting to read about his plans for our team and how brilliant of a basketball guy he is, ask yourself this - would any other NBA team have given him an interview for their HC position this year? If he's so brilliant, why was he still an assistant on the college level and wasn't one of those "up-and-coming" coaches that everyone says will eventually land an NBA HC job?

This just stinks of more MJ penny-pinching.
