    he his a thinking coach and will spend alot of time working out plays and half court defense

    nba.com.bobcats shows him already working with the guys

    Rob Werdann from the current staff went to St. John's. Wonder if that keeps him around. Dont know much about his work. Hope Stephen Silas sticks and bring back Oakley

    i like what he's doing so far and i think he will teach our young players a lot about basketball plays

    Observer had video of him during today's workout, It was great watching him in his element. He doesn't just tell you what to do, he walks you through it himself which I think is the best way to make sure it sticks. Similar to when Oak handled the bigs and was hands-on with them as well.

    agree with you mate, i think he his a great teacher and he will do wonders for our young players.

    I am a coach and showing something to someone is a lot more useful and a better teaching technique than just saying it for sure.
