I admittedly know very little about Dunlap other than the info on Bio's. It all SOUNDS good but anyone trying to sell someone on us can be made to sound that way.

So is this a Cho move, or a Jordan being cheap move?
Also, this just tells me that noone has a clue who we will draft/what trade we will pull off come draft night.
George Karl:
Karl was equally impressed, saying: “He’s the most intelligent person that has a love for the game of basketball that I’ve ever been around. His ability to analyze and articulate and figure out the problems of day-to-day basketball was incredible for me.”
In Cho I Trust
Does Moe Harkless come into light at all perhaps? Granted we do some sort of trade because #2 pick would be a reach but yeah. Connection
Mike Dunlap=Jeff Bzdelik. Hailed as a brilliant X's and O's guy, has the personality of a doorknob. Bzdelik is a terrible coach of young men, guess it remains to be seen whether or not Dunlap is a good one. Still makes no sense since Dunlap's name was nowhere near the discussions, and Shaw seemed to be the guy.
I like:
"The Observer’s source, who asked for anonymity because Dunlap’s hire isn’t official, said Dunlap impressed the front office with his high energy and collaborative approach. Also, he wants to run an up-tempo offense and attacking defense that figures to fit some of the Bobcats’ younger personnel."
