I'm leaning towards wanting us to draft Shabazz, but honestly Shabazz, McLemore, or Bennett would be fine.

I keep coming back to the same question re. Shabazz ... can he guard the athletes that abound at SG in the NBA?

McLemore is the shooter we're looking for, but again there are questions ... does he have good enough handles and can he be THE man?

Those two, along with Noel, are in a tier of their own IMHO. I see a real drop to Zeller, Bennett & Smart (possibly Oladipo in that second group too).

Currently I see the big board as:

    McLemore
    Noel
    Shabazz

    Zeller
    Smart
    Bennett
    Oladipo

... followed by another sizeable drop.

i am also thinking there is a big drop between the 1st and 2nd tiers

If you could put Shabazz's brain in McLemore's body you'd easily have a player worthy of the no. 1 pick. Bazz is looking more and more like an undersized 3 to me, I'm with you Kitch. Very wary of his speed for the 2.

He'll be a SG in the league. There are also plenty of SG's that aren't the fastest guys and still have success in the league:

Shabazz is slower and/or has much worse handles than all those guys.

So who do you want McLemore or Bazz? Kinda on the fence with both

Joe Johnson has terrific handles for a non-PG
