Ok, i am not up to speed at all on this draft, but one name ive been hearing all over the place over here is Trey Burke. Ive figured he isnt top 5, but whats your guys take on him? (Be cool to use him as an example for me in the future as ive seen bits and bobs of him)

Trey is a great College player, kind if like how Kemba was a great college player. I would say the problem with h is he doesn't have any elite skills. He is good at everything but nothing really stands out. He is only 6ft so height is one issue and nba speed/body another. I wouldn't be surprised if he won the best player in the country award, prob be a top 12 pick IMO
    Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
Kema Walker The Core, The Future...
    Bizmack Biyombo
    Jeffrey Taylor

Right, so what would make him not a top 5 pick if hes the best in the country? Position, potential etc? Or are there players drafted from other countries?

Well, if a great college player isn't as high in the draft, it might be because teams have reservations as to how well his game will translate to the NBA level. NBA is taller, stronger, faster than college because the NBA is mostly made up of the elite guys from wherever they came from.

Potential and his physical attributes. This is his second year in college, but scouts are struggling to see where he would improve due to his lack of physical gifts (average athleticism, speed, shooting) someone such as Marcus Smart (NBA body, mature game, leader, clutch)
    Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
Kema Walker The Core, The Future...
    Bizmack Biyombo
    Jeffrey Taylor

it seems to be an open draft with alot of opinions on who should be the first pick, our scouts are going to have to be on their game !

With Noel getting hurt it will be easier.

At the end of the day I think it will be an easy choice.

6'6 220 frosh SG scoring almost 20ppg while shooting good from all over the court. Drive, passion, go to type scorer.

Bazz will be the pick imo

Bazz is a lefty aswell and they are more difficult to guard

Would Mclemore or Shabazz be considered this year more of a "can't miss" prospect than Bradley Beal was entering last year's draft?
