andrew bynum is a head case for the lakers and if they get howard, bynum said that he's not interested in staying with orlando . bynum at this point wants money and to be the focal point of a team ,so why not send him to charlotte. any top center will always automatically make any team a playoff team.
artest expiring contract
lakers first round
atlanta gets :
charlotte 1st round
even though bynum is arrogant ,his talent is too muh to pass up. i honestly think bynum is the best center in the nba. he gives you everything that howard can do and can do alot that howard cant do . howard is more appeasing to the fans because he's charismatic and flashy but deep down he only offers a few more rebounds and blocks but he cannot get the guaranteed buckets like bynum can . without kobe and gasol bynum easily can avg 25-30 pts ,when howard u may see a drop in every category now that he's playing wit gasol ,nash, and kobe. turk and jamison offers the spacing that will be needed for bynum and hendo to operate the paint. it leaves a hole at back-up point but that may give gordon his own unit to operate or mkg will have to showcase his point-forward abilities.
the lakers finally get dwight howard, dwight is more of a better defensive player than bynum and will allow kobe and gasol to become more aggressive knowing they have a player who is less of a locker room distraction ,ball hungry, and more coach friendly .q-rich gives em a good defender, great rebounder, and good career 3 shooter as a starter.
orlando gets a future point guard in walker, they drop a significant amount of unwanted cap and get a all-star big man in return.
this trade finally allows josh smith to become the teams franchise player and recognition that for the last few years he's been yearning for. horford wasn't the legit center they was looking for , so they get bismack ,even though bismack is like the same height he is a true center who is only 19 which at this point can still grow 1-2 inches .j-rich is solid and he fills that sg role for the time-being.the 1st round pick from charlotte could be any where from 5-16 and gives the hawks a future.
although i don't see jordan committing to that amount of cap but i think its a logical move on everyone's part.
