YES! I understand we're loaded with guards and small forwards right now, but OJ is versatile and could be a big-time player for us. It may come down between him and Hendo, but honestly, if we got him, we may have something else up our sleeve in regards to a move that would allow us to collect another asset.
I don't think we'll get him and doubt we've even shown as much interest as the other teams... Then again, we're the only one out of that group under the cap apparently.
Free agent O.J. Mayo was in Phoenix on Friday, his first visit with one of multiple teams in the hunt for the Grizzlies’ shooting guard. Mayo’s agent said last week that the Rockets, Bulls, Celtics and Bobcats could be in the running for the four-year veteran.
