College to NBA trend continues. Now, per source, Penn asst & ex-Hartford head coach Dan Leibovitz to Charlotte Bobcats as player dev. coach.
I can't say I know that much about him, just though it should be passed along.

He left a head coaching gig to be top assistant to his bud, the head coach at Penn back in 2010. Wonder what happened to that?
Chaney wanted him to be his successor at Temple when he retired (didn't get it).
I found one article where a guy brought in had a very good freshman year, got into Leibovitz' dog house and lost a lot of ground...then had sort of a resurgence after he left.
Kind of follows Dunlap attributes with loyalty, kind of a hard ass and workaholic. Very knowledgable about the game.

Thanks for adding the info guys...had just enough time to post it before I had to run off to a new project at work.
Did some digging and found a Penn basketball thread on Leibovitz. Seems they are upset to see him go, one even praises him (along with the rest of the staff) for putting Penn basketball back on the map. I think the good news is no one is saying "good riddance."

From the little I can find to read, seems like a solid hire.
