I actually liked that video, but of course I LOVE ribs. I'm getting a smoker next month and that's the first thing I'm experimenting with.

Don't think I've ever ate them fried though.

Yeah my first thought was ”fried?”

But I love just about anything smoked or barbequed. Doesn't get much better than pulled pork BBQ obviously, but ribs are awesome in their own right.

I normally do a dry rub myself, but my boss is the frigging guru of the grill...before we got so big he did most of the company meals out in the parking lot. His preference was wet...and I've not been able to come close to his yet.
