I've seen this and kind of disagree with some of the rankings, without to much shuffling, i'll swap TT and Mullens
If you were unaware, ESPN has been doing it's second installment of their #NBARank feature. According to them, this is how our Bobcats stack up to the rest of the league:
#474 Cory Higgins
#464 Matt Carroll
#440 Gana Diop
#416 Jeff Taylor
#317 Byron Mullens
#283 Reggie Williams
#259 Brendan Haywood
#253 Tyrus Thomas
#222 Bismack Biyombo
#199 Kemba Walker
#184 Gerald Henderson
#154 Ben Gordon
#146 Ramon Sessions
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is thus far unranked, so they believe he is already our best player.
Let's see if we here at BCP agree. So cast your votes for who YOU think is the best Bobcat on the team. We'll work our way down from #1 to see how we view the team.

Even with just the 1 SL game for a basis I think MKG "is" our best player. It's really early tho as he could feasibly have an injury history similar to Oden.
Hard for me to buy Sessions over Gordon or Hendo though...but stats (esp. in Hendo's case) very well could back that up.
At any rate, I expect Dunlap to mess those NBA rankings all up. Hendo, Biz & Kemba all have a chance to push that a lot and I'd love to see Mully jump about 150 spots over the season.
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, ‘All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker
"Its okay to be bad; just so long as you're bad ass." - Keetch
The point of this project isn't to critique the ESPN lists, just to see how we vote in relation to the "national media".
All we're doing right now is picking the best Bobcat. We'll work our way down the list to the Higgins and Carroll's of the world.
For me, Hendo gets my vote as the best player on the team right now. I would like to say MKG, but until he plays more than 1 game in a uniform, I can't do it since I have nothing to compare them to
Probably should've gone MKG but went Kemba instead.
"The Charlotte Hornets name has been a mainstay throughout the region for many years, and we are excited to announce our intention to re-establish this historic brand. We believe that its return will galvanize our fan base by unifying our loyal Bobcats fans with those who have strong memories of our city's NBA predecessor." MJ, 5-21-13
Let's get a few more votes in on this one before we move on to #2
Its impossible to tell right now. MKG hasn't played a game and were basing Ramon and Ben Gordon off of their prior performances on other teams. People are always gonna do things like these polls but all I can honestly say is our best player is Henderson until I see atleast 2 to 4 games with this roster.
