I like this line up a lot because of how easy the defence could switch, Sessions, Hendo, JT , MKG, Smack , 63,66;67;67;69 all very lean and strong . P and R isn;t going to work well with that line up.., And the press would be very effective.

Hasn't one of the knocks on Sessions been his subpar defense?

Anyway, the OP said "down by 2, 1 minute 30 left in the game". I'd be shocked if we could just outscore any team (maybe ORL?) so D has to play a role in there somewhere. We're going to need ball hawks at the PG & and the wings with paint protectors/P&R defenders down low. Strong drivers on offense who hopefully can hit their FTs.

I know it was SL, but no one on here can possibly say that they weren't impressed with the D Kemba/MKG/Taylor played...I'll never forget SAC trying to use Robinson as a point/forward trying to bust that. Taylor can also shoot the 3.

    Depending on the teams/matchups:

    Kemba/Hendo/Taylor/MKG/Biz

That has defense out the ass, 3 driving threats and one that's hopefully pretty consistent as a long ball shooter in Taylor. I have Biz in there because he's excellent in P&R defense and he can belly up to the opposing teams post player.

Different teams would call for tweaks, and I'd definitely be subbing in/out during those 1.5 minutes...but assuming our rooks make an impact like I think they will this would be the base.

I think we need to start with youth because they are the future of this franchise and its no good them sitting on the bench at the start of a game.

Kemba showed some great skills last season and he will improve all aspects of his game to be a great point guard. Biyombo averaged some great numbers as a starter last season and he's improving on both ends of the court. I think Hendo has the ability to average 18/19 PPG and he his a good defender

This is what I am saying. Give me the best defensive team on the floor and this is it.

Maybe, since there is 1:30 left, we even, God forbid, sub offense for defense and get Gordon in the game on the offensive end.

Darn right WAM...defense wins games. And I'd definitely be subbing til we find something that works.

Who was it said just a little while back about one of the big reasons Chicago did so well back in the day as well as Miami this past season was because they basically ran 4 wings at the time. Crash did his best when at the PF spot...so in crunch time I think MKG could do pretty good at the 4.

so we've got six small ball lineups ad a couple more conventional line-ups. The reason I made this thread was in end-game situations what the different starting line-ups look like compared to the poll results. Just wanted to look at whether talent triumphed over experience and in all but a few cases my starting line-up included thats been the case.
