I think its hard to tell what the court really looks like from these pictures. The blue looks different shades in each shot because of instagram filters, or poor quality of certain cell phone cameras, or a glare on the court from the camera angle. Even the inside the arc area looked white in some pictures.

If we could get a professional shot from the normal vantage point of a television camera, I think we could see how the actual court looks. I think this photo from JGibs' links is probably the most color accurate out of all the shots:



The blue in that photo most closely resembles the actual blue found on the jerseys. But then again, I could be dead wrong and it really is that weird, tealish, swimming pool water blue:

I will say I love the different color woods for inside the 3 point arc and out.

I was thinking the other day at the game...I can just imagine that arena during the Playoffs with the whole crowd in carolina blue. Would be quite intimidating.

Also, I feel like the uniforms really go well with our floor.

definitely closer to a teal than Carolina Blue... which is a mistake IMO. The "whiter" CB would make it less obtrusive than the current color

Total agreement. So, in person, which is it? Is it the teal that shows up in the pics 1 and 3 JGib posted, or the more 'carolina blue' in pics 2 and 4? Pics 2 and 4 look sweet; 1 and 3....obtrusive.

hate the carolina blue baseline and sideline. too much. I think that blue is awful on TV. Doesn't matter what year you watch a UNC basketball game... it always looks like its being played in the 1970's. the actual court looks great though.
