When do ALL individual game tickets go on sale

Super noob here.

I've noticed a lot of home games that are still not on sale. Take February 2013 for instance:
Lakers, Celtics, Pistons, Bulls, and Nuggets.
Does anybody know when those games will go on sale?

They split the season in half. I think those will open up in late November/early December if I remember correctly.
