The Milwaukee Bucks visit the Charlotte Bobcats in this preseason match-up. The Cats are currently 1-5 in preseason, while the Bucks are 2-4. At the last game both Kemba Walker & Ramon Sessions each scored 24 points agianst the Heat, can they continue to play that well today? Will the Cats get their 2nd win in this preseason?

Since we like small ball this should be a good matchup in the back court. Neither Monta nor Jennings are known as good defenders so all our guards should get a lot of open looks and lanes...we're going to have to defend them however. The question as always will be with our front court; Ilyasova is a Mullens type big and has a good shot out to the 3 line. Other than that their bigs aren't anything to write home about but I still think we'll have our work cut out for us.
Wish I wasn't at work as I always like playing the Bucks.

Outrebounded 56 to 38. We will not win many games with a -18 in the rebounding stat.
Just got back from the game... Pretty cool they put season tix holders in the Founders and Suite levels. This game was hard to watch... Even when we were ahead it was ugly. Ill have to look at the line but I'm pretty sure Higgins play more min than MKG. Wtf.

I'm hoping this is just chalked up to pre-season experiments because if Dunlap plans to run this 3-4 guard set with 1 big in we are going to get KILLED on a nightly basis.
Also I have to question why MKG didn't play more. I mean, he missed the majority of Summer League and now they have him riding the pine today when we could have used him in there.
in the last 5 games here are his minutes:
13 min v Bucks
17 min v Heat
20 min v Pistons
18 min v OKC
16 min v Hornets
this vs almost 30 plus in the first 2 pre-season games. What gives?? From what I've seen (mind you I've been to the 2 at TWC) we are a MUCH better team with him in there. Even when he doesn't have his hands on the ball he is active.

Maybe they are just holding him so he doesn't get injured, but i agree it's weird. If he was doing really well then it would make sense to keep him healthy. But in all honesty he has not looked like a number 2 pick yet, and I'm a massive mkg fan. If he is struggling as it appears then giving him more time should surely help him? Guess we will just have to wait until the season starts!

Go easy on me, I'm from England, and no... I Don't love the Queen.
I thought about that, but it doesn't make a lot of sense for him to play 20 mpg in pre-season... virtually no Summer League and then just be a NBA starter at age 19. Certainly looks to me like he won't be the starting SF next Friday night... but I guess we'll see.

Didn't mkg only play like 20 min in the first summer league game
I'd be shocked if MKG isn't the starter. No reason to risk injuring him in games that don't matter, he'll have all season to develop and play.
