    No brainer...

(38 seconds in shows Bobcats vs Lakers highlights of last season)

I remember watching that game and Andrew Goudelock played very well, imo. I was like man, Lakers got a steal. I didn't even know he was waived until reading this thread.
Cut Higgins, pick up Andrew Goudelock!

It's clear that a number of recently cut players are better than the likes of Higgins. I'll be genuinely gutted/angry if we don't at least make a play for a couple of these/other cut players.

We have a hole at 3rd PG/combo Guard, but I could understand Goudelock looking elsewhere considering Kemba & Sessions are set as our leading PG options. Though a young Combo Guard must see that Gordon, Williams and Carroll are gone at the seasons' end, so we should be a decent option for one.

We have only have two PFs, with Tyrus being on the way out, and Diop is in the last year of his hideous deal, so we should be a decent option for a free agent Big (especially if he rebounds and plays well in the post as everyone can see we have a deep need for both).

Move Williams & acquire two more players (3rd PG/Combo Guard & either SF/PF combo or rebounding/post playing Big). Leave 15th spot free for front-office flexibility.

The only flexibility that 15th spot have is for stretching Scoop Jardine's broken foot until the doctors clear him to return to basketball activities

I know we have a log jam at the 4 but JaJuan Johnson just got waived by Houston. Former Celtic, they actually sent him to houston in part of the Courtney Lee sign and trade. I wish we weren't jammed up cause he's worth a spot.

Also Shelvin Mack was waived by Washington now that they have AJ Price. Like the rest, he's better than Higgins and I was surprised by this move.

Houston has more cuts to do, I think they might cut Morris and Livingston. Livingston might be to high profile as we have Kemba and Sessions but he is reliable. Morris would give us another stretch 4. I would take Johnson, Morris and Livingston or S. Mack.

I like the idea of bringing Livingston back to Charlotte. His days of trying to be a PG are long behind him ever since that nasty knee injury that he had with the Clippers. Livingston wouldn't be a threat to take away playing time from either Kemba or Sessions if put in the right role. If the Bobcats were to acquire him off waivers I believe it should be to provide experienced depth at SF behind MKG since it doesn't look like JT is ready for the likes of the NBA yet. There could never be enough playmakers with court vision on the floor, and that's just what Livingston is.

Livingston a Small Forward? He's skinny as hell!

Too slow to play PG...not enough shooting range to play SG...skinny, but long enough to play SF, especially as a backup where his minutes would be limited.
