<-- not the anointing type. Just thought Lillard was amazing for his rookie debut. He might come crashing to earth and he certainly won't make a double-double a nightly event but .... he impressed.
When I look at Anthony Davis going up against TD, I put it into context that he played with the Olympic Team and his awe-struckness isn't going to be the same for a season opener as most other rookies. AD's debut was in front of Coach K and it offered him a much different experience and made last night less of a physical event than mental one.
Also to b fair he was almost never guarding Duncan and Diaw guarded him most of the night. So they weren't exactly 'matched up' either.

I think Davis looked really good. The kid is going to be a stud down the road.
21 and 7 on NBA debut, not bad at all !

The 3 best players that will come out of the last draft will be Davis, Lillard, and Drummond imo
It's pretty depressing.
Zero-Sum Game
We really fugged up last draft.
I actually like MKG and feel he will be a nice glue guy that add a lot to a team but you need to get more than that with a 2nd overall pick.
i honestly get depressed everytime i watch davis and hes beasting in that hornet uniform, i always think what could of been, we would of been nice this year if we got davis, davis is def gonna be a 20 & 10 guy, god i hate stern
Nothing the team can do about how the Lottery is picked. So we keep on trucking. I am happy with our pick and hope we can draft a real Center this year or next.
