For one he was picked up to be a scorer and is only the warriors' third option on the warriors team...When focused defensively he's very good...Usually when he rebounds well then you know he's playing well defensively and is agressive on offense...And honestly were Kobe or Lebron good defenders when they came in? Barnes has the potential and length to be a great defender...

He was the #1 player in his class until Anthony Davis decided to have a massive growth spurt...I expected him to play this well...Now if he was making jumpshots left and right, I would have been shocked...but he's always had a tremendous motor and could finish at the rim...
