Default is anyone worried about... Winning too many games?

Sounds like a stupid Question... but we're still right in the middle of a rebuild, winning 20/25 games this season could set us back a few years? What We've needed for years is a legitimate big and in this draft With Noels and Zeller there's an opportunity to draft a potential future all star... If and only if we get a high draft pick. Thoughts?

I get the point, but there are a few nice pieces at the top. Muhammad or McAdoo would be nice pieces too, and I'm sure somebody else will emerge. I get the fear, but I'm really not too worried about it.

First of all, we're 2-3. Loooonnnggg way to go. Nights like last night won't happen too often. It is important that the current group of guys (kemba, MKG especially) prove to be legitimate players in this league. So far so good. Where are record ends up isn't really a big deal for me.

Don't sweat it, we're going to lose our last 20 games of the season, and even if we're going to win 20 games; there's still the lottery.

No chance. If our guys bust their ass and win, I'm down for that. If it turns out to be more than 25-30 wins, so be it, though I think it's highly improbable. I don't see how winning 20-25 games would set our franchise back. Like isguros says, we're safely in the lottery and any sort of hijinks can happen there. It's not like that win total is getting us into the playoffs or contending for a spot for that matter. Hell, didn't the Wizards win just under 20 games last year in a 66-game season and had the worst record aside from our laughable 7?

Just enjoy watching our youngins grow and learn some lessons along the way, like how to close out games in the clutch like last night. Those kinds of lessons are much more important in the long run than worrying about a win messing up a chance at a top 3 pick, IMO.

You dont honestly think Kemba and MKG can evolve into superstars to rival Durant, James, ect do you?!?

I am excited about both of them but they are (at present) great supporting pieces.

We need 1-2 all star franchise type players. Thats the only way we are gonna be able to compete with these super teams.

So the more games we win, the worse our draft position will be excluding us from getting any superstar franchise players.

Hopefully we lose more and more games, i definetely want us to have a top 3 pick. I know we still suck but for some reason im paranoid about getting like he 4th, 5th, 6th pick type stuff. Yeah we def need like a franchise player that's like young but VERY promising. Demarcus Cuz, John Wall, etc. I'm ready for us o draft someone who's going to definitely be an all star type player.
