The sad thing is 1 all star is not even enough. You need like 2-3 with a solid supporting cast.

yeah but i'm talking about somebody we can build around ya know what I mean? Like oh we got ______ he'll be a beast in a few years let's REVOlVE the whole team around him..Like a young promising superstar in the making..Like how CHI did with D Rose & how WASH is trying to do with J Wall.

Winning 20-25 games this season, which is what most people on here predicted anyway, will still give us one of the worst records. It's not like you guarantee getting the top pick by finishing with the worst record anyway.

Plus, I just don't understand the fuss about Noel. He's an athletic shot blocker ... and that's about it. I grant you he has plenty of time to develop his game, but there's no guarantee that he will. Until he does he's a slightly more refined, taller version of Biz. If you're drafting a Big in the top 3 to 5 you want more from them than just athletic ability & measurements.

That was slightly off topic and this is taking it further, but hey, I think there's a lot to be said for picking up young Bigs that other teams have drafted high and then given up on too early. Not suggesting we'll get a star that way, but most Bigs take a good few years to develop their game and aren't always given the time to do so. I know Mully is having a hard time with his shot, but he is developing and is an excellent return for a second round pick.

I'll gladly pay the price of a lower draft pick if its watching Kemba and MKG play like this all year. If anything it makes us a more attractive free agent spot. Who wouldn't want to play with those 2? I think Cho has a good plan for every scenario

As we all know having the worst record does not mean you get the #1 pick. We will be in the lottery. I am happy and excited to see as many wins as we can get.

Its not even about the #1 pick. Being a bottom 5 team pretty much guarantees you a top 5 pick.

The lottery does not love us. Scraping at the playoffs and ending up with a #8 overall is not what I want.

Do you guys really think we're that good? It would shock me to no end if we even came close to being in 8th seed contention. I think almost everything has to go right in order for us to win any game...much less against other playoff teams.

    Maybe I'm wrong though.

I think tomorrow will be a good measuring stick. If we can crush a bottom feeder like Washington with little effort 4 solid quarters I won't know what to think about this team.
