Well we can say goodbye to the First pick, I reckon we've already won more games than Washington are going to win this year anyway!

Screw the playoffs if we are not a title contender. We are far away from being a legit title contender.

The only way we are gonna become a title contender is suck until we land a top 1-3 draft pick and select a star. Its not every draft there is a Lebron, Durant, Melo, Rose, ect. Not only do you have to suck you have to get lucky and suck in a good year and not get screwd in the lottery.

We have some nice pieces right now with Kemba, MKG, ect. No point in having a guy like Sessions or Gordon right now making us competitive and taking us out of a top draft pick.

Give me Sessions are Gordon when we are a title contender! They would be great coming off the bench in that situation.
IF STATED THIS MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO STATE IT...

I think Shabazz is overrated...I don't want another guard who CAN'T shoot...To make matters worse he's ALL Left...

There are plenty of solid picks we can get anywhere in the 5-10 range that would be very good contributors...And besides, I believe next year is going to be the draft of superstars...As long as we play with effort I don't mind if we win or lose...I don't want tank games just to turn around and get a 6th pick in the draft...

Why would we not get a superstar anytime soon? We are still one of the worst teams in the league. Which means any given year / draft we can get a superstar.
I mean, were not likely to draft a superstar like the ones I listed because they aren't available as of now. Shabazz could develop into that. But I think MKG and Kemba can develop into our stars, and we can add other players through free agency..in addition to the draft. No point to count on getting a top 3 pick every year, because it's not guaranteed even if we're terrible. What we can do is draft smart, develop talent and take what the future gives us. You don't keep being continuously bad just to hope we get the #1 or 2 pick that lands us LeBron or Durant.

If we draft well and get more young talent a superstar can can become available via trade as well.

I think a team like Memphis could make a run this year at the Finals and they don't have a superstar. I feel that if we just keep doing what were doing...which is building a strong team....we're gonna be just fine.

If the plan is to tank seasons until we draft a superstar ala Kobe / Lebron / Durant (or whoever u want to pick) .then Im jumping ship as a fan right now ..not only is it a bassakwards way of looking at things ( who doesn't want their team to win games and be successful no matter when or how it is ? ) but it's also nearly unrealistic ..we have had what 8 or 9 drafts all with pretty high picks and have we drafted a superstar yet ?? Nope sure haven't ..so if u guys wanna go thru 8 or 9 more years of crap hoping we get a star then I wouldn't want any part of that team ..and even then there isn't a guarantee ..we may have had a chance w Davis this year but missed that so our odds may be even worse then 8 or 9 more years ..no thanks ..I would rather keep growing and use the picks we end up with and the $$ we will have starting next year and build a quality team that can get a #3-6 seed and see what happens ..all ya gotta do it get to the dance with some home court advantage

Zeller and Shabaz look like absolute studs. Zeller abused Davis last year. No reason we can't get either. Purvis for State is compared to D. Wade. Not many superstars are drafted outside of the top3-5.

I am sorry but Kemba and MKG look like they will be solid players for us but superstars?!? Come on bro. Alittle pre mature talk...

A small market team like the Bobcats should look to suck until they land a bonifide superstar. Plain and simple. No superstar outside of CP3 would come to Charlotte, lets be real.

Memphis has no chance of winning the title. Miami would kill them in the playoffs. Even still Rudy Gay is better than any player on our roster.

I think Kidd-Gilchrist is going to be extremely special, but only time will tell.

Couldn't see us drafting another player that can't shoot.

I agree with what you're saying except that sentence...
    Andrew Wiggins = Lebron James
    Jabari Parker = Carmelo Anthony
    Rodney Purvis = D-Wade

All coming out in the 2014 Draft..Hope we get one of them...hopefully we don't have to tank to get them...

I agree that Kemba and MKG can be a stars but prob won't be superstars ..but I don't think we need a superstar ..and if we are hanging our hats on that we are going to be doing ALOT if waiting

only 4 or 5 teams have superstars and I know it's a big name league but the chances of us drafting a superstar are slim to none ...superstars or not there and there have only been 3 or 4 teams in the last 10 years to win the title
I really value great coaching and chemistry alot more then just having a superstar ..I know we don't have a great team now but the guys we have..have only played togethr for 9 games and they improve every game ..I really think with Dunlap and the guys we have now ..(with exception of Hendo or Gordon ) that we can possibly be a 7 or 8 seed this year

If we throw in the 5 picks we have the next 3 years and the $$ we have to spend (which can use on an Al Jefferson/ OJ Mayo to replace Gordon after we trade him and have Hendo off the bench / Dunleavy with same deal w Gordon and now most important the PF/ C ..Milsap / Hickson or Dejuan Blair.

We have plenty of really good guys we can sign to make us a middle of the pack playoff team...and if we don't wanna risk them signing then we can us Then we can use our expirings in Diop (7.5 mill and Reggie Williams 2.5 mill ..along with a player or pick to trade for 1 of those guys listed above ...Cho has been brilliant so let's let him work his magic ..I have z feeling he makes a big move be4 the deadline
