When you see the results of your hard work, it makes you want to keep working hard. Thats what changing the culture is all about. Thats why almost every damn player that goes to San Antonio reaches their potential, even scrubs nobody really wanted like Gary Neal and Danny Green. And the Kings could probably draft 84 Jordan and mold him into a bust.
While I tend to side more with Swedd in the overall vision of the team, this is an essential truth: if you're going to be working guys this hard, they need to see some success or they'll stop working so hard. I'm not saying we try to make the playoffs, but we do need to be competitive and we do need to win games. This taste of success will be very helpful in keeping guys going.

Ultimately, I don't think we have the talent to sustain this play, and we'll settle back down into the bottom ten teams. It blows my mind that we're currently third in the east, though basically tied with a few other teams.
    SOMEONE will pay for THIS!

It had to be some1 that was on the team last year bc Silas is known for having easy practices ..so it was prob a huge shock to go from last years so called practices to this year ( where the coach is actually teaching ) ..Dunlap said from the beginning that we were going to make up for our lack of talent by playing defense and by being in better shape then all of the other teams ..so far it looks to be working perfectly ..and I think now that the players are seeing the results ( 6-4 ) that they are no longer complaining

This is my best guess as well. I think the results will largely shut up any doubters to the system that existed. The team looks happy and they should be.
