When you see the results of your hard work, it makes you want to keep working hard. Thats what changing the culture is all about. Thats why almost every damn player that goes to San Antonio reaches their potential, even scrubs nobody really wanted like Gary Neal and Danny Green. And the Kings could probably draft 84 Jordan and mold him into a bust.
While I tend to side more with Swedd in the overall vision of the team, this is an essential truth: if you're going to be working guys this hard, they need to see some success or they'll stop working so hard. I'm not saying we try to make the playoffs, but we do need to be competitive and we do need to win games. This taste of success will be very helpful in keeping guys going.

Ultimately, I don't think we have the talent to sustain this play, and we'll settle back down into the bottom ten teams. It blows my mind that we're currently third in the east, though basically tied with a few other teams.
