Charlotte Bobcats get consummate professional in Hakim Warrick
As a pro he has spent time both as a power forward and small forward. His biggest asset is a post-up game that has made him a career 49 percent shooter and sent him to the foul line over 1,800 times.
“Be aggressive, attack the rim and get to the foul line; these are things I’ve done throughout my career,” Warrick said after Friday’s practice. “And I can knock down the mid-range (jump shot) and bring energy.”What I remember of the guy he takes a lot of midrange face ups, not very good at it and being very shot happy. If he can be a post up player then that's something we could definitely use. He's supposedly known as a decent P&R player...which is one of Dunlap's main things.
We do need other options so hopefully he'll be a positive asset for us.

...the fact that we gave up a 1st round pick to get him...terrible....luckily Cho has worked his magic and got us 3 1st round picks since he has been our GM...so that kinda makes up for it but the loss of a 1st for Tyrus stings..our only chance of trading him is maybe be4 the deadline next year when he only has a year and half left on his contract...but i doubt it...in 2014/15 we will def be able to trade him bc he will be expiring and teams would love to have a 10 mill expiring....but until then it looks like we r stuck with him....he has played decent the past few games so im hoping Dunlap is getting him motivated and he can at least be a guy who can get us 10 pts 4 rbds a game
