I think it is safe to say that through 6 games this season the Cats are a lot better than we all expected. Kemba Walker may be the most improved second year player in the NBA this season. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is better than anyone could have realistically expected. Haywood, Sessions, and Gordon are all proving to be excellent free agent pickups. Simply put the Bobcats aren't half bad.

After watching a lot of NBA basketball this season I have come to one conclusion they definitely aren't the worst team in the NBA. I truly believe that Detroit, Washington, Orlando, and Toronto will finish with worse records than the Bobcats. Sacramento and Cleveland could also potentially finish with worse records. So I think the Bobcats will most likely end up picking somewhere in the Pick 5-8 range. That means that the Big 3 of Nerlens Noel, Cody Zeller, and Shabazz Muhammad will be off the board.

That means the Bobcats would likely be looking at 6'9 230 James McAdoo, 7'1 240 Alex Len, 6'5 205 Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, or 7'0 245 Willie Cauley-Stein. I have seen all of these guys play on so far this season and they look like the next teir of players that would fit in well with the Cats.

Do you want the Bobcat's to lose more so they can get some of those Top 3 or do you want them to get towards respectability so maybe they can bring in a quality free agent or two with the money they will have to spend this off-season?
