Seeing as we are a young team and that it takes time to master the princeton offense...Would you guys think we should start learning the Read & React? Seeing as the offense requires skilled players at every position (All players need to be able to dribble, pass and shoot), do you believe we have the right players to run this offense?
By the way, the triangle and princeton are versions of read and react...
There are about 20 Layers in this offense and i think the video might only demonstrate one of them...
Here's a little glimpse at what the read and react is:

regarding the game last night. What compelled Mullens and ESPECIALLY tyrus to keep throwing up bad shots when they obviously were both having off nights. Without their random terrible shots we could have won i feel.

not exactly true...the read and react allows for lot's of driving opportunities...It incorporates the pic and roll...It allows for post feeds...It allows for lots of back door cuts and movements...I actually think people need to understand an offense or at least the majority of it's strengths before saying MKG can't strive in it...MKG can dribble, pass, he'll develop a better shoot...He's obviously versatile enough to run...
And the thing about it would be that the offense would have dynamic enough players that they'd be able to run a lot on transitions...Think back to the 02 Kings...They ran a princeton/read & react offense...THEY definitely got a lot of fast breaks as well...
But im curious...WHY DO YOU THINK THIS OFFENSE WOULD BE HORRIBLE FOR THE TWO?
your examples aren't really princeton offense or read and react (which i read as drive and kick). the kings had two of the best passing bigs ever and used them to allow their perimeter players to flex cut etc. take webber and divac out of their offense and substitute them with kg and mutombo (similar peers who weren't as good as passers) and they don't play that way at all. i think last years spurs played like the early aughts kings teams, but it was not a princeton offense.
princeton offense handcuffs players and kemba and mkg do not need to be handcuffs. both excel at beating defenders off the dribble and creating mismatches close to the basket as the defense reacts.
to maximize their strengths a drive and kick/off ball slashing offense would be best. open it up, take off the cuffs. big problem is our current personnel can not play that way because we can't shoot.
I still believe you are misunderstanding what the read and react offense is...Mullens is good enough of a passer...If we can draft an offensive minded big man then we'd be set...KG would have been excellent...Mutombo would do well too since he ran the georgetown offense...The kings really utilized their bigs more as passers since they didn't have a two guard who was a scorer...Hence why we should draft a guard who we think would be the TRANSCENDENT scorer...
Read and React offenses incorporate everything from dribble penetration..pick and rolls...basket cuts...without having to run plays...there are principles that you drill such as back door cuts or cutting after feeding the post and how to refill spots...
There are literally endless possibilities...HAND CUFFING would be the last thing I have in mind...
Here are examples of dribble penetrations...
