    Default Sessions Appreciation Thread

Thought this would be warranted since Kemba, MKG, and Dunlap will grab the majority of the love. Sessions has been excellent for the team. I don't like to rag on players, but Sessions has basically been everything Augustin was not. He's been consistent, doesn't complain about coming off the bench (although you can sense he'd like to be a starter), and been a great influence on Kemba. He's provided a spark and, as Bonnell has pointed out, a calming presence at the same time. He drained that 3 pointer last night and came up big with a bunch of free throws. I really liked what he said last night, that icing the Buck's game was a chance to redeem himself for what happened with Minnesota. Love that mentality.

Maybe the best free agent this team has ever brought in.

Would lice to keep him around long term as our super sub. He'll be in high demand though if he keeps playing so well

i think the biggest improvements to kemba's game can be attributed more to sessions than to dunlap. sessions and kemba are such similar players and i think kemba is learning how to be more effective and efficient by learning from sessions. hopefully, he picks up on sessions passing ability. also, hopefully sessions picks up on kemba's defense.

with that said, i see sessions fetching us a nice return come deadline time.

Totally agree about Sessions- and I think Taylor is coming into his own. The best thing about this early hope is that it's building some confidence for talented players with hurting self-esteem. Byron Mullens could be star with the right support and confidence!

You have to know Cho is sitting back like an evil genius rubbing his hands together going, "You want Sessions bitches? SHOW CHO DA PICKS!"

For once I don't really want to trade sessions was for a pick. I think he fits it so well with our style/group/role I just want to keep him around. I think we will be hard pressed to find another back up guard as good as him on such a friendly contract.

how absolutely ironic would it be if kyrie's injury turns into an 8-10 week injury and cleveland stupidly gives us a #1 pick for sessions to try and keep the ship afloat while kyrie is out?

I would only trade him for a high pick or young player with a lot of potential.

With that said he is hurting our draft position.

What we really need is a Cho appreciation thread.

Sessions, Haywood, Gordon, MKG, and JT were all home runs in terms of what roles they have been asked to fill.

EDIT: But yeah, Sessions has been the x-factor for us so far.

Much respect to Sessions for being so veteran savvy and filling in more than admirably as our SG throughout most stretches of the game while Hendo and BG are out.
