Default Sorry, but who the f**k is this guy?

So I'm reading the game preview in the observer, and they have some random guy starting at the 3 for the Raptors... Anyone know who he is!? I mean, who the f**k is he!?

It's Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. We drafted him with the second overall pick this season.

Nah I don't miss him lol. We've got two better on ball defenders now anyway in MKG & Jeff Taylor

Haven't seen what he's done the last few games, but they also have Alan Anderson, our former draft pick, and he's was killing it early in the season. Dropping 20+ multiple times IIRC, and making a huge difference in the games.

apparently every defense in the nba knows who is (taken from grantland)

    9. Josh Childress and Dominic McGuire: The Ultimate Hiders

These guys will fall out of the rotation once a few injured players (Gerald Wallace, Landry Fields, Alan Anderson) return, and it will come as a relief to their respective offenses. To say opposing defenses pretend as if these guys aren't there is only a slight exaggeration. You can constantly find their defenders roaming around the paint, mucking up the primary action in hopes Brooklyn or Toronto must kick the ball to Childress and McGuire, respectively. McGuire is an especially good defender of every position from point guard to power forward, but it's just hard to win playing a "hider" this extreme.
