I'm not even trying to take shots at the guy. Just being honest...
If I wrote in all caps all the time people would be equally irritated.
Another member by the name of dav7z has bad spelling/grammar in his posts, yet I hold him and his knowledge to the highest regard. Sadly, I think some people got after him for his post construction as well and he's been much less active recently. Damn shame too.
Dav, if you're seeing this, get your ass back to posting!

i dont have trouble spelling ... i just dont write complete sentences or use correct punctiation....i write like i am now ....with the multiple periods in between points....honestly it shouldnt be a big deal...not as if we r in english class....my posts make perfect sense and they are easy to understand..so thats all that really matters....people just wanna complain about whatever they can complain about

You know you're on the right train of thought or opinion if you have the same mindset as Dav.
Undoubtedly one of the best when it comes to basketball, make me feel good when I agreed with Dav on a point against everyone else and it came true.
In other words, in Dav we trust.

Proud Australian Bobcats Fan!!!
Funny how this thread went from post play of the Bobcats to post styles of Bobcats' fans. Accidentally clever we are, huh?
Anyway, everyone here has their own posting styles, some easier to read, some not. Everybody also has a different way of speaking, different accents, different inflections, slang, whatever, it shouldn't matter.
Styles, I take the time to read pretty much everything written in most posts here. I wouldn't worry too much about whatever people say, I think having more active posters is more beneficial to the board regardless of what people complain about. Unless you're a condescending troll trying to act like Skip Bayless.
But I do know its also harder to see context in written form since sarcasm or teasing is taken the wrong way about 80% of the time. I think most people here are fun loving, so I wouldn't take anything to heart.
One more thing, I haven't said anything about the way you post, but......just a suggestion. You obviously take a lot of time and thought to write your posts. So when you finish, just take one extra minute before you hit reply to just go back over your post, and hit enter between every three or four lines. The length of the post doesn't matter, but spacing every few lines does make it a ton easier to read, and people's snarkiness will subside.
And if not, f em and put up a sarcastic pic or a hot chick, and everything is all good.

Stylegs1234, it seems as though my comment ...
... caused you some offence and for that I apologise. It was meant to be a friendly poke at your long, but as I attempted to acknowledge in the quote above, good quality posts.
I talked about "making a cup of tea and settling down to have a good read" while replying to a post in which you said 'sorry for going on a bit' ... I was attempting to have a laugh with you, not at you.
Again sorry for any offence caused, but none was intended.
