Not that we were ever going to do that, but it shows we were listening.

Also, don't think Gordon + Mully for Roy, Williams works financially... But it's along the right lines.

I propose a different variable on that trade:

How about Hendo+Reggie (Or Adrian if the $ works ) for Derrick Williams and Memphis 2013 1st rounder (belongs to Minn).
not a chance on the draft pick. i still don't think hendo gets derrick williams. i think it would more likely require a swap of the portland pick for the memphis pick or more likely just the portland pick to min.

I think you are overvaluing Williams personally.

i don't value him that high. but if i were in the wolves organization, all i would see is #2 pick, two years ago.

If I were in the wolves organization I'd be cursing Khan for fucking up yet another draft pick and hoping to get any sort of value out of a pick that could've been Valanciunas, Bismack, Thompson, Kawhi, or Faried

I keep thinking about this Hedo Tuc , and Harkless, . For Hendo , Diop and a late 1st next year . It saves them some cash but dont strap us,. Dunlap gets his player Harkless and Hedo might be able to play a little 4. With Hendo they pick up a sterter or a solid sixth man , Save 16 miliom salery and luxery tax . We might could do better they have tons of draft picks ?? thoughts

Harrington , Harkless and a first would be a much better deal for us . Saving them cash and we basicly end up with two first round picks.Counting Harkless as one.

true, if they had williams at #2 big board, they should have traded down. it was painfully obvious that he and love at best would be playing the same position. i am just using beasley as an example. he was not a bust (and neither is williams at this point) and he got multiple picks in return. evan turner was on this same projection until this year, so they would also be hanging on to this. our best case is thabeet, but i don't think williams is anywhere near a bust like thabeet was.

i am just really trying to see it from the other team's perspective. maybe, i am over compensating for this, but i know that there has been trades proposed on this board where henderson gets us a top 10 pick.

i think orlando would easily say no. harkles was their "prize" for the howard trade. they are in full rebuild and not under the cap. hoopshype, shows amnestied (20 mil for arenas) as salary. they are only at $64 mil. i would love to have mo, but orlando is asset collection mode. expect jj and maybe jameer to be moved at the deadline for picks.

If I remember right they were shopping that pick pretty heavily but couldn't get any good offers.

Beasley got multiple picks? I thought Miami moved him for a 2nd and space?

    Speaking of Beasley:

Suns: "Beasley is toxic - could bring shakeup" Any takers? - RGM Trade Board
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker

"Its okay to be bad; just so long as you're bad ass." - Keetch

maybe it was 2nd's. i think you are right. nevermind then. i guess the original offer is more on the fair. beasley is a big hell no on even thinking of bringing him here.

    Hey folks, first post, a trade suggestion;

    Diop : Gooden and Lamb

Cats trade Diop for Drew Gooden and Doron Lamb from the Bucks. It would give the Cats a serviceable PF who is paid league standard for his output (Harrington and Big Baby Davis gets a similar salary for similar numbers). Yes, the Cats would need to take his 3 years contract and thereby ruining their cap situation but Lamb would be a deal sweetener as a high 2nd round pick. Just like in the Margette/Gordon trade in which the 1st rounder was the deal sweetener. Lamb could blossom in CHA by playing with MKG.
Bucks would like the trade cause they would avoid amnestying Gooden by the end of the season. Still the loss of the cap space could bite the Cats in the tail when a player like Boozer is amnestied and becomes available for little money.
