Is it just me or did Kemba's jumpshot really seem to fall off again at the end of the year? Yes he was scoring a lot of points, but it seemed it was taking him more shot to reach the same points he was getting earlier in the season. If there is one thing id like to see him focus on for next season, it would have to be scoring more points on less shots.

That was gruesome also zig. The big problem I had with the augustin pick is I just don't see what they saw in augustin..the guy is 6'0-5'11, terrible defender, okay passer...I just didn't see the logic, at Texas sometimes durant would be smacking his hands calling for the ball and we all know how much of a beast kd is, and I think augustin was trying to "get his" at a lot of points..

I think Kemba was struggling a little bit with fatigue. Remember that last season, he only played 27 mins for 66 games and only started in 25 games. This was his first full 82 game season and he was starting and playing 35 minutes a game. And not only that, but being practically the only scoring threat on the team (until Hendo's recent surge), he was forced to keep the ball in his hands and run....a LOT. He was constantly going off on the fast break and breaking double teams in the half court. With more experience and adding more scoring threats to take the load off Kemba's shoulder, I think he will improve a ton and not fall off as much. His mid range shot was DEADLY in the first half of the season. They all seemed a little short towards the end. In time, he will be able to carry that over for the full 82 games (plus some).

not to mention teams were gameplanning to shut down kemba every night, and he still managed to get his. especially with a game like his (aggressive, either a jumper or a drive) and at his height, he should be easier to stop but he is still showing improvement.
idk if he is the PG of the future. but he certainly could be the first guy off the bench on a contender at least.
