I think a slasher (Hendo) + shooter (Gordon) is a better pair than Taylor (shooter) and Gordon.
Kemba is super ball dominant, Hendo's style doesn't necessarily mesh with it well because he's dependent on set pieces. Let Hendo own that second unit with Gordon being the spot up man while Taylor functions as a floor spacer that allows Kemba to be creative on his own
On the face of it I'd agree, but in the little time coming back I've been liking what Hendo has shown. Mainly his aggressiveness and the long ball. Kemba has to have someone other than himself who can create something and tho I think others "can" do that they aren't just yet.
At the end stretch teams have been focusing on doubling Kemba so there has to be someone else who can make something out of dogshit.
I think we're about to get a good sample size so like I said I'm willing to wait and see what happens.

I agree Spectre....i have really liked the way Hendo has played since coming back...i think alot of us forget that he is still a very young NBA player ( regardless of his age ..which is only 24 ) and is still improving....he had his best year as a pro last year and whos to say that this isnt the year that he really breaks out...he definately has not reached his peak...I think we all assume that Henderson is who he is and that we wont see much more then we already have but im not sure i believe that ...I know its only been 3 games ( really 2 ) but he has looked great..he has been very agressive and been all over the floor and his jumper and ability to get to the rim has been great...Who knows what the future holds but its very possible that Henderson becomes that big time player we are looking for...i dont think its crazy to think that he can be a 20 point a game scorer and also fill up the stat sheet with rbds / assists and steals
I hate to say it but Hendo followed up a good game with another subpar performance:
2 of 7 for 7 pts/3 boards/4 TOs in 18 minutes.
Maybe he just had a bad night and he didn't get a lot of PT...but for a lot his inconsistency is what bothers the most.
